'Fisi' veers from super-fast and super-smooth to asleep at the wheel, often from lap to lap. But there are enough great drives on his CV to prove that he is capable of stringing together outstanding weekends.

Although he had a fairly lacklustre 2008 season, with many suggesting he would be better off retiring, Fisichella is determined to make the most of the opportunity handed to him by Force India's link up with McLaren. The team reckon he is fired up, and he could well be the Force India driver that causes a surprise this year.
