Nico Rosberg admits that this year is a big one for him and Williams - as he is desperate to start winning races by 2010. The German hopes he can achieve that target with his current team, having kept faith with it for three years now.

Rosberg experienced an up-and-down season with Williams in 2008, enjoying highs with the podium finishes in Australia and Singapore, but also several lows. He will be hoping, however, that the team's decision to sacrifice much of last year so it could develop its 2009 machine will pay off.
